Jay created the Breakthrough!® Methodology following more than 20 years as an executive recruiter in New York.
Since 2006, he has trained over 3,000 professionals, helping clients move into roles with greater responsibility and compensation.
His guidance has supported professionals pursuing roles at Apple, Amazon, Tesla, IBM, Goldman Sachs, and Ford Motor Company, including graduates of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Columbia.
Jay has partnered with the New York State Department of Labor One Stop and Orange County Training and Development to coach displaced professionals through strategic career transitions. In 2017, he was named Hudson Valley Magazine’s Hero of the Month.
Having lived internationally, including Japan and Australia, he brings a global perspective to hiring psychology and how professionals position themselves in competitive markets.
Maura brings more than 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and enterprise transformation.
Originally a Breakthrough!® client, she now leads execution and operational discipline across engagements.
Maura has led large-scale transformation initiatives across complex organizations, overseeing enterprise-wide process redesigns and workforce development programs. Her background in Lean Six Sigma and project management allows her to quickly identify where professionals may be limiting their positioning and bring structure, clarity, and measurable execution to each engagement.
Danielle brings a unique combination of healthcare experience and human-centered strategy, with deep insight into behavior, decision-making, and professional transitions.
As both a nurse and former Breakthrough!® client, she understands the emotional and psychological barriers professionals face during career change.
Through her combined clinical and client-centered background, Danielle brings a deeper understanding of how individuals think, respond under pressure, and navigate uncertainty. Her work strengthens the psychological side of positioning, helping clients move through self-doubt, clarify their narrative, and present themselves with greater confidence and alignment in the market.
